Packaging workshop was set up in 2002. Now it is equipped with 8 plastic suction machines, 2 ultrasonic machines, 2 high frequency machines, and 10 modernized production lines. Number of workers here exceeds 300. The workshop is mainly engaged in plastic suction packaging and welding. Annual productive capacity reaches 18 million batches. The professional technology and strict management of this workshop make our package more elaborate and perfect.
Injection moulding workshop has two modernized products lines, 12 automatic computer plastic moulding machines, and nearly 100 moulds of various specifications. Number of operators exceeds 70. 10-odd are for patrol inspection. Many workers are the senior mould experts and injection moulding experts. The professional skills of them and strict quality management on products enable our products to smoothly pass the tests carried out by customers. High quality and high efficiency are the target we are going for constantly.
Plastic suction workshop is newly set up in 2005. Now it has one modernized production line, 3 plastic suction machines and 100 more plastic suction moulds. There are about 30 employees working here, including two experts on plastic suction. Major products are plastic suction packaging rubber box of PVC, PS, PP, APET, PEGT and other materials. The professional skill and strict quality inspection make our plastic suction products enjoy high reputation among customers.
Printing workshop is furnished with several hot stamping machines, pad printing machines and silk-screen printing machines. Number of workers is 30-odd. Products are plastics, self-adhesive labelstock, PVC and metal, etc. Printmaking and color blending are carried out by professional printing experts. Every procedure is strictly controlled in accordance with the technological process. Being meticulous on quality and pursuing perfection are our way of doing and final target. |
